1. **Return Period**:

    - You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. **Conditions of Return**:

    - To initiate a return, please email our customer service at info@vintagestreetapparel.com within the stipulated time frame.

    - The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

    - Proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please note that items without a receipt or proof of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

3. **Non-Returnable Items**:

    - For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of certain items, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics, unless they are faulty or have been misrepresented on the website.

4. **Return Shipping**:

    - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    - We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. **Refunds**:

    - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of days for the credit to appear in your account; this varies depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. **Exchanges**:

    - At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item.

7. **Defective or Damaged Items**:

    - If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return or refund.

8. **Sale Items**:

    - Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
